An inside sales executive who possesses nearly two decades of experience, James Fuller is currently a senior advanced client solutions manager at ReputationDefender in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Fuller serves as the primary customer-facing representative at the company, where he provides online-reputation management services to individuals and businesses. He draws on his extensive product knowledge and analytical and social skills to assist clients, in addition to helping management to improve products and services by collecting and relaying customer feedback. His other duties range from overseeing sales from start to close and tracking customer communications, as well as prospecting new clients and handling inbound sales calls.

Since joining ReputationDefender in 2018, Mr. Fuller has become a leader on the sales team, receiving multiple commendations and maintaining a track record of exceeding sales goals. In addition to earning a promotion to his current position, he has been recognized as a top performer on many occasions. He is also an executive inside sales professional at CarrierCC in Arizona, where he handles account-based marketing and sets appointments for various companies. Before he joined Carrier CC, Mr. Fuller held the same responsibilities at By Appointment Only (BAO). He surpassed sales goals consistently during his four years there and ranked among its top five executives for production each year. Furthermore, the BAO Presidents Club presented him with more than five quarterly awards and named him as the BAO Presidents Club Employee of the Month on 14 occasions.

Mr. Fuller belongs to the Sons of the American Legion and the Audi Club North America, as well as the board of the after-market automotive-parts reseller High Xpectations. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
